What is Snackbox Co?
Snackbox Co is a company delivering healthy snack to your office! We put together a box of at least 10-15 different types of snacks for you and your workmates to enjoy throughout the day. The box is designed to help Australia become a healthy snacking nation!
There are options out there but it can be an adventure and quite stressful to find them. We make it convenient and simple for you delivering your snackbox to your door every month.
Our team is passionate about giving you the best health snacks out there!
Do I need to subscribe?
You need to subscribe to one of our monthly snackbox subscriptions. When you opt to pay for 6 or 12 months up-front, you automatically receive a discounted price.
How can I change my account details? i.e. update my bank details or postal address
To change any details, please contact us at email@example.com and we will advise you of the correct steps. Please do not provide any credit card details via email.
How much does it cost?

Can I choose what’s in my box?
The Snackbox Co team carefully curate the monthly Snackboxes for you. Each month we select snacks suitable for different dietary requirements e.g. Paleo, Vegan, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free etc. If your workplace has specific dietary requirements which we don’t cover, please contact us.
What about allergies or special requirements?
We have many options in our boxes to suit staff with food allergy and other requirements.
Why are their different size boxes?
Each workplace has a different number of staff. Our boxes come in different sizes to suit all businesses. If your business requires a custom size, we allow multiples to be ordered.
One of the products is damaged or missing, can I get it replaced?
Please contact us at email@example.com if anything within your box has been damaged or is missing. We will investigate the issue and will review your case to decide what sort of replacement is appropriate. Please ensure that you contact us within two weeks from the date your box has been shipped as we are only able to process replacement requests within this time.
How often do you ship?
All subscription Snackboxes are shipped free of charge, and are shipped on the 1st or 15th of each month.
All subsequent boxes are shipped one month (or three months – if you ordered a quarterly box) apart from your initial shipment date.
In the event stock is unavailable, we will notify you and the box will be sent within a few days of stock arriving, or on the next shipping date.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately right now we only ship to Australian offices and workplaces.
Do you ship to every state within Australia?
Yes we ship to all states – ACT, NSW, NT, SA, QLD, TAS, VIC, WA
When will my box arrive?
After the box ship date your box will arrive within approximately 7 days later.
What if I accidentally put the wrong address?
Unfortunately if you have put the wrong details and the boxes have been shipped there is nothing we can do to get your box to you. We advise you carefully check over your order and make sure all details are correct.
If you have ordered and it is still before the allocated ship date of the boxes, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org And we will do our best to update your details and have your box shipped correctly.
What is your Refund Policy?
Snackbox Co does not offer refunds for any boxes and will not accept returned boxes. This includes no partial refunds for a prepaid year subscription. If there are extreme circumstances as to why the box will need to be refunded, Snackbox Co will review your case at its discretion.
